Registrant and related attendees, in consideration for permission to participate in the Mastering Metaphysics Digital Workshop Series, agree to the following:I understand that Mastering Metaphysics is a digital educational, mindfulness, metaphysical, and transformational workshop experience offered by Gods Hands Hypnosis LLC. and facilitated by Moses Hill. I acknowledge that the experience may include discussion, guided reflection, meditation, breath awareness, sound healing, hypnotherapy-inspired practices, subconscious reprogramming concepts, emotional awareness, and personal development exercises.I agree to expressly assume and accept any and all risks associated with my participation in the Mastering Metaphysics Digital Workshop Series, including but not limited to emotional discomfort, mental or physical responses, stress, fatigue, personal reflection, or any reaction that may arise during or after participation. I acknowledge and represent that I am responsible for my own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being before, during, and after the experience.I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this digital workshop experience and that I am physically, mentally, and emotionally able to participate. I do not suffer from any illness, impairment, disease, psychological condition, or other condition that would prevent me from safely participating in the Mastering Metaphysics Digital Workshop Series. I understand that if I have any concerns about my ability to participate, I am responsible for consulting with a qualified medical, mental health, or wellness professional before attending.I understand that Mastering Metaphysics is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, psychiatric support, legal advice, financial advice, or any other professional service. I understand that Gods Hands Hypnosis LLC, Moses Hill, and any team members, agents, volunteers, or representatives do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, emotional, or mental health condition.I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Gods Hands Hypnosis LLC., Moses Hill, The Sanctuary of Love, ISOL, Mindfulness With Moses, and any associated agents, employees, volunteers, facilitators, contractors, digital platforms, or representatives from any and all claims by myself, my heirs, assigns, guests, agents, and invitees for any liability, damages, losses, suits, demands, causes of action, injury, emotional distress, physical harm, or other claims relating to or arising out of my participation in the Mastering Metaphysics Digital Workshop Series.I understand that this is a digital experience and that I am responsible for my own environment, internet connection, device access, privacy, and personal safety while participating. I agree to participate from a safe, quiet, and appropriate location and understand that Gods Hands Hypnosis LLC. is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, distractions, environmental risks, or circumstances occurring in my personal space during the workshop.I acknowledge that portions of the Mastering Metaphysics Digital Workshop Series may be photographed, screenshotted, audio recorded, video recorded, or otherwise captured for internal, educational, promotional, marketing, replay, archival, or future event purposes. I hereby authorize Gods Hands Hypnosis LLC., its agents, volunteers, employees, representatives, and affiliates to photograph, video record, audio record, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, or use any content I provide, including my name, likeness, voice, image, written feedback, testimonials, comments, chat contributions, or other submitted materials, in any form and for any purpose associated with Mastering Metaphysics, The Sanctuary of Love, ISOL, Mindfulness With Moses, or future related experiences.I provide express consent for Gods Hands Hypnosis LLC, its agents, volunteers, employees, representatives, and affiliates to use my likeness, voice, name, written statements, testimonials, and related information for social media, website content, marketing, promotion, advertising, educational materials, email communication, text message communication, and future event promotions. I understand that I will not be compensated in any way for such use.I understand that by registering for this experience, I may receive email or text message communications related to Mastering Metaphysics, The Sanctuary of Love, ISOL, Mindfulness With Moses, and future related offerings. I understand that I may reply STOP to unsubscribe from text communications or HELP for assistance at any time where applicable.I understand that in order to revoke consent for future use of my likeness, image, voice, written content, or testimonial, I must provide written notice to Gods Hands Hypnosis LLC. and confirm receipt of such written notice. I understand that revocation will apply only to future use and may not require removal of materials already published, distributed, or created prior to the confirmed receipt of revocation.I agree and represent that I have read and understand this waiver, release, media consent, and indemnification agreement. The invalidity, in whole or in part, of any portion of the above paragraphs will not affect the remainder of this form. My voluntary registration, attendance, participation, or execution of this form evidences my agreement to the terms and provisions contained within.
