The Sanctuary of Love
Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how The Sanctuary of Love and Gods Hands Hypnosis (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, and protect information submitted through www.thesanctuaryoflove.com. The Sanctuary of Love is the umbrella for our private transformation work, memberships, workshops, daily reflections, and curated experiences. Gods Hands Hypnosis is the hypnotherapy practice within it.
Information we collect
When you submit a consultation, membership, workshop, Daily Sanctuary Note, or private-experience request, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, preferred contact method, the offering you are interested in, and the general message you choose to provide.
Appointment details may be collected and processed through Acuity Scheduling. Virtual-session information may be processed through Google Calendar and Google Meet. Payments and recurring membership charges may be processed by Square. Email or text-message subscriptions may be processed by Mailchimp or another communications provider identified at the time you subscribe.
Our website host and security services may automatically receive limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, date and time of access, and information needed to prevent spam or abuse.
Please keep website messages general
The website forms are not a medical portal. Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, detailed health histories, payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form. Submitting a form does not create a therapist-client relationship and should not be used for emergencies.
How we use information
- To respond to your request and recommend an appropriate next step.
- To schedule and administer consultations, sessions, workshops, memberships, or in-home experiences.
- To send confirmations, reminders, service updates, and messages you specifically requested.
- To process payments and manage recurring memberships through our payment provider.
- To maintain website security, prevent spam, troubleshoot problems, and comply with legal obligations.
- To improve our services using aggregated or de-identified information.
Email and text-message choices
We send marketing emails or recurring text messages only when you have opted in. Message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe from email using the link in the message. You may opt out of recurring text messages by replying STOP. Service-related messages about an appointment, payment, or active client relationship may still be sent when necessary.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the website and deliver the service you requested. These providers may include GoDaddy and WordPress for hosting, Acuity Scheduling for appointments, Google for calendar and virtual meetings, Square for payments, and Mailchimp or a similar provider for opted-in communications. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud or misuse, or in connection with a business reorganization where appropriate protections apply.
Payments
Payment-card information is entered directly into Square’s secure checkout or invoicing system. We do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers on this website. Square may retain transaction and customer information according to its own privacy policy and your relationship with Square.
Cookies and similar technologies
WordPress, GoDaddy, and connected services may use cookies or similar technologies for security, site operation, login sessions, preferences, and performance. If analytics or advertising tools are added in the future, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before they are used.
How long we retain information
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or security obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and the nature of our relationship.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to withdraw a consent you previously gave. To make a privacy request, use the private request form on the homepage, write “Privacy Request” in the message field, and provide enough information for us to identify and respond to your request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, email, text message, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please choose a more appropriate communication channel for sensitive information after your relationship with us has been established.
Children’s privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 through the website. Participation by a minor in any approved family service requires advance agreement and consent from a parent or legal guardian.

The website may link to third-party scheduling, payment, meeting, or social platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party websites, and we encourage you to review their policies.
